Returns, Refund and cancellation policy

ONYX takes stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that

  • The item may be damaged during transit.
  • There might be a manufacturing defect.
  • A wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement and/or return of an item is made within 48 hours after the delivery. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

Refund of payment in case of a failed transaction (if any) :

If you have paid through our payment gateway (PayU), we will issue a refund on the failed transaction after a thorough check. The payment will be refunded directly to the account which has been used to make the payment (eg. if you have used credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card) within 15 bank working days from the day of a failed transaction.

Cancellations:

There is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment has been made, you can get in touch with the delivery team as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order and refund your amount. We will deduct the payment gateway and handling charges if you have used the online mode of payment for that order. It will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order. The same will be notified to you by email. Your entire order amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days.

Order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

Cancellation of orders placed but no payment made:

If you have placed an order and didn’t make the payment, the order will be automatically cancelled after 3 business days. You may have to contact us via email to re-enable the order for making payments and it is subject to the availability of the order items.

Cancellation of successful orders (payment made) :

If you have placed an order and made the payment, the order processing will start. Once payment is made, the cancellation of the order is not possible.
